What do you do when a favourite teddy is feeling off-colour? Bring them along to the Teddy Bear Check-up of course!
Children brought their toy patients to this educational, pop-up surgery, created by Grasshopper in a collaboration with arts and health charity Helium Arts.
The surgery was complete with a waiting area, consultation rooms and even an ambulance to whisk poorly teddies to a team of student doctors.
Not only were the children brilliant at helping the medics care for all the sick toys, they also learned what happens when you go to the doctor. They found out how to spot symptoms of illness and discovered that there’s nothing scary about going to visit the doctor.
